What do you do with OLD Bumper Cars?      WHO KNEW?                            Yes,  you read that right; these little beasties are street legal. They run on  either   Kawasaki or Honda motorcycle engines and co-opt vintage  bumper car bodies into the most awesome form of mini-car we've seen in too  long.    There are seven of these little  monsters floating around California , and they're all the creation of one  man,Tom Wright, a builder in the outskirts of San Diego who figured the  leftovers of the Long Beach Pike amusement park needed a more dignified end than the trash heap.  They were originally powered by two cylinder Harley  Davidson Motorcycle engines but they rattled like heck because of the two  cylinder vibration and Tom replaces them with four cylinder Honda or   Kawasaki 750's and a couple have been measured as capable of 160 MPH,  which is terrifyingly fast in machines with such a short wheelbase.    By the way, they are almost  indestructible in accidents

Kill ONLY when you are hungry              Photographer  Michel Denis-Huot, who captured these amazing  pictures on safari in Kenya's Masai Mara  in October last year,  said he was astounded by what  he saw: "These three brothers (cheetahs) have  been living together since they left their mother at  about 18 months old,' he said.  'On the morning we  saw them, they seemed not to be hungry, walking  quickly but stopping sometimes to play  together.  'At one point, they met a group of impala  who ran away. But one youngster was not quick  enough and the brothers caught it  easily'." These  extraordinary scenes followed. See... We CAN all get along!!! and  then they just walked away without hurting  him.......... Life is  short... forgive quickly,  love truly, laugh uncontrollably...and  never regret anything that made you  smile     STREET GANGS IN CALGARY , ALBERTA It's gangs like these that the people of Calgary have to put up with.. A bit different from the problems in other cities... It proves that every City has their own "unique" gang problems. They Roam the streets and yards night and day. They hang out in even the best neighborhoods! ..and you CANNOT (legally) stop them. Those are some lawn ornaments!!! AREN'T THEY MAGNIFICENT !!!!???         "Did  you lose a cat?" You’ve probably seen this but     THE STORM They were together in the House. Just the two of them. It was a cold, dark, stormy night. The storm had come quickly and each time the thunder boomed he watched her jump. She looked across the room and admired his strong appearance...and wished that he would take her in his arms, comfort her and protect her from the storm. Suddenly, with a pop, the power went out..... She screamed... He raced to the sofa where she was cowering. He didn't hesitate to pull her into his arms. He knew this was a forbidden union and expected her to pull back. He was surprised when she didn't resist but instead clung to him. The storm raged on... They knew it was wrong... Their families would never understand... Closing my eyes, just don't look down. Amazing Glass Mountain Path

(YOU WOULD HAVE TO ASK YOURSELF THAT QUESTION, AYE?) closing my eyes! lol                   China's newest tourist attraction... a glass-bottomed walkway around the cliff.... Brave tourists looking to test their nerves have flocked to China to walk across a dazzling glass bridge suspended from the cliff. The oriental Skywalk is situated 4,700 ft above sea level on the side of the Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie , China . In order to keep the glass path clean, tourists are asked to put on shoe covers before passing. Dazzling: A glass path suspended on a cliff face has been built on the side of the Tianmen Mountain in China Don't look down: A brave tourist walks along the glass path that was built of the side of a cliff 4,700 ft above sea level on Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie , China The 200 ft long bridge joins the west cliff at the Yunmeng Fairy Summit, the summit of Tianmen Mountain and Zhang Jiajie. The pathway, built earlier in the summer echoes the glass-bottomed walkway at the Grand Canyon in the U.S. The 70 ft bridge is 4,000 ft above the natural wonder and allows tourists to look through 2.5 in of crystal-clear glass to the Canyon floor below. The Tianmen mountain, literally translated as Heavenly Gate Mountain is so called because of a huge natural cave that occurs halfway up to the summit. Stunning: The skywalk offers breathtaking views across the Hunan Province for those brave enough to attempt to cross the bridge Situated in the Hunan Province, Its highest peak is around 5,000 ft above sea level and it is home to a wealth of rare species of plants A four-mile-long cable car was constructed in the park, which is said to be the longest of the same type in the world. The futuristic glass walkway is a marked upgrade from another sky high mountain walkway located in the same province. Not so high spec: Workers built a 3 ft-wide plank road on the side of Shifou Mountain , in Hunan Province , China earlier this year. The Shifou Mountain located 82 miles away in Hunan Province offers sightseers a 3ft-wide road made of wooden planks thousands of feet high. When finished the 'road' - which is the width of a dinner table - will stretch for 1.8 miles making it China 's longest sightseeing path.

How the world works lately... If a man cuts his finger off while Slicing salami at work, He blames the restaurant. If you smoke three packs a day For 40 years and die of lung cancer, Your family blames the Tobacco company. If your neighbor crashes Into a tree while driving home drunk, He blames the bartender. If your grandchildren are Brats without manners, You blame television. If your friend is shot by a Deranged madman, You blame the gun manufacturer.. And if a crazed person breaks Into the cockpit and Tries to kill the pilot at 35,000 feet, And the passengers Kill him instead, The mother of the crazed deceased Blames the airline. I must have lived too long to Understand the world As it is anymore. So, if I die while my OLD WRINKLED ASS Is parked in front of this computer, I want all of you to Blame Bill Gates . SCHOOLDAYS - 1957 vs. 2010

 SCHOOL  -  1957 vs. 2010

Scenario:
Johnny and Mark get into a fight after school.

1957 -  Crowd gathers. Mark wins. Johnny and Mark shake hands and end up best friends.

2010 -  Police called, arrests Johnny and Mark. Charge them with assault, both expelled even though Johnny started it. Both children go to anger management programs for 3 months. School governors hold meeting to implement bullying prevention programmes

Scenario:
Robbie won't be still in class, disrupts other students.

1957 -  Robbie  sent to office and given 6 of the best by the Principal. Returns to class, sits still and does not disrupt class again.

2010 -  Robbie given huge doses of Ritalin. Becomes a zombie. Tested for ADHD. Robbie's parents get fortnightly disability payments and School gets extra funding from government because Robbie has a disability.

Scenario:
Billy breaks a window in his neighbour's car  and his Dad gives him a whipping with his belt.

1957 -  Billy is more careful next time, grows up normal, goes to college, and becomes a successful businessman.

2010 -  Billy's dad is arrested for child abuse. Billy removed to foster care and joins a gang. 

Scenario:
Mark gets a headache and takes some aspirin to school.

1957 -  Mark gets glass of water from Principal to take aspirin with.

2010 -  Police called, Mark expelled from school for drug taking. Car searched for drugs and weapons.

Scenario:
Johnny takes apart leftover fireworks from Guy Fawkes night,  puts them in a paint tin & blows up a wasp's nest.

1957 -  Wasps die.

2010-  Police & Anti-Terrorism Squad called. Johnny charged with domestic terrorism, investigate parents, siblings removed from home, computers confiscated. Johnny's Dad goes on a terror watch list and is never allowed to fly again.

Scenario:
Johnny falls while running during morning break and scrapes his knee.  He is found crying by his teacher, Mary . Mary hugs him to comfort him.

1957 -  In a short time, Johnny feels better and goes on playing.

2010 -  Mary is accused of being a sexual predator and loses her job. She faces 3 years in Prison. Johnny undergoes 5 years of therapy.
